Billie Jo is a lifelong resident of South Hill, Va. She started working at Watkins Hearing Aids Center in January 2021 after a 22-year career as a photographer.
Billie Jo is the Audiology Tech for Watkins Hearing Aids Center. She is very knowledgeable about troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs of hearing aids. She enjoys getting to know each patient and ensuring they receive the best quality care. Billie Jo also does our insurance verification, billing, and financing.
Billie Jo and her husband Robert have been married for 30 years. She is “mama” or “ma” to four adult children and “grandma” to her grandson Eli. When she isn’t at the office, you will find her in her flower gardens or Bible journaling.
