When I moved to Lake Gaston in 1998 from Buffalo, NY I needed a hearing aid specialist to help me with my current aids.  Randy and his staff provided me with excellent care even though my hearing aids were not purchased from Watkins.  Over the past fourteen years, Watkins has worked with me through two upgrades of “in the ear canal” aids.  Whenever I needed a tune up or adjustments, Randy was more than willing to listen to my problems and then correct or readjust my aids.  Now that I am ready for my third upgrade, this time to a behind the ear model, I plan to continue using the Starkey Aids.  They are a very reliable product and offer the latest and best hearing aid technology available.  The service from Watkins can’t be beat.
