Randy Whitlow is a licensed Hearing Specialist by the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation. He apprenticed under Mr. Earle Watkins, founder of Watkins Hearing Aids Center, beginning in 1999. Upon the retirement of Mr. Watkins in 2000, Randy became the owner of Watkins Hearing Aids Center. Born and raised in Southside Virginia, Randy is proud to own a local business that brings the gift of better hearing to his clients.
