Nicole joined Watkins Hearing Aids Center in December of 2023 as a Patient Care Coordinator, for both South Hill and Farmville locations. A typical workday for Nicole includes meeting and greeting patients when they arrive, scheduling patients’ appointments, and assisting patients with any questions they may have. One of her favorite things is getting to know the patients. Making them feel welcome and at home in the office is something she strives to do every day. She was born and raised in South Hill, Virginia, and after several years of traveling, returned back to her roots in her hometown, with her husband Josh and three children. When not working, Nicole enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, or relaxing with a good book.
